Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is reportedly ready to dump Alexis Sanchez in the reserves if he fails to seal a move away this summer.
Sanchez – United’s highest earner on more than £400,000 per week – has failed to make an impact at Old Trafford since arriving from Premier League rivals Arsenal in January 2018.

The club are looking to offload the 30-year-old Chilean forward, with Solskjaer having been left unimpressed by the former Barcelona man and looking to build a more youthful squad.
Now, according to The Sun, the United boss is so determined to get rid that he is prepared to banish Sanchez from his first-team squad.
Roma are understood to be interested in signing him on loan for the season, but United would have to subsidise his wages if he were to join the Italian side.
Sanchez had been a prolific scorer for previous club Arsenal, and was widely regarded as one of the best talents in the Premier League.
But he has gone backwards at United, and has netted just three times in 32 league appearances.
Having had an extended summer break after playing in the Copa America and suffered with injury problems, Sanchez was not part of the squad for the 4-0 victory against Chelsea at the weekend.
There were reports this week that Sanchez had a bust-up with United youngster Mason Greenwood in training and there appears to be no way back for him at the club.
