The Conference of Nigeria Political Parties (CNPP) has officially announced the death of its national chairman, Alhaji Balarabe Musa.
DAILY POST reported that Musa passed away in the early hours of Wednesday at the age of 85.
A statement signed by Willy Ezegwu, CNPP Secretary-General, said Musa’s death was most regrettable and that he will be highly missed by the ordinary citizens of Nigeria.
It described Musa’s exit as very painful, adding that he was a father to all irrespective of tribe or religious affiliation.
“He lived and died with his allegiance to the country unquestionable and his integrity intact,” the conference of registered political parties added.
CNPP called on all political leaders to always have at the back of their minds that there is an end.
“His life of contentment should be emulated by all Nigerian leaders”, the CNPP said
