Popular Nigerian singer Teni Apata has announced that she is now a proud landlord/landlady as she shows off her new Duplex.

Teni took to her social media page to announce that she should now be addressed as landlord or landlady along with her other nicknames as she has gotten herself a new home.

Breaking the news, she shared a video of herself on her social media page while also thanking the realtor that held her close the deal. She wrote;

”Latest Landlord / LandLady in town!! Thanks to my good friend @joetoniruest for being the best real estate guy! Making my life easy!”
