Eniola Aluko, from Thamesmead, passed on Friday subsequent to supporting gunfire wounds to the neck and chest.
Police said they were called to the scene, a vehicle leave on Hartville Road, just before 5pm.
Mr Aluko was found with basic wounds and kicked the bucket at the scene a brief time later.
An after death examination hung on Sunday gave the reason for death as a shot would to the neck and chest.
He is one of three men who have lost their lives to lethal assaults this end of the week in the capital .
Police said on Sunday that they had made a fifth capture over Mr Aluko’s demise. A 18-year-elderly person has been captured on doubt of homicide and stays in police guardianship.
Four young people – one 17-year-old kid, two 16-year-old young men and one 17-year-old young lady – who were captured on Friday have all been safeguarded until July pending further enquiries.
Criminologist Inspector John Marriott, stated: “I am proceeding to request for any individual who was in the region at the time, who saw or heard anything suspicious to contact police.
“The shooting occurred not a long way from Plumstead Railway Station and I would encourage any individual who was driving to or from this station to approach.
