The executive, Osun State section of the Peoples Democratic Party, Mr Soji Adagunodo, hosts said the gathering would bid the judgment of the Appeal board that maintained the triumph of Mr. Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress in the last September race.

Adagunodo, in a phone visit with our reporter, said the board depended on a detail in giving its choice.

“Detail was what Wole Olanipekun laid under the watchful eye of the court. There was no contention about the choice of the Tribunal that gave us triumph. We will upturn the judgment at the Supreme Court.

“It is popular government having an effect on everything. We will contemplate the Appeal Court judgment fittingly and challenge it at the preeminent court,” Adagunodo said.
