Some passengers were seen being transported with wheelbarrows at the Rumuokoro flyover in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital, HGS Media Plus reports.

This is coming after the flyover was close weeks after it’s completion and has left residents to pay at least N100 to wheelbarrow pusher to carry them to their destination.

The flyover is yet to be opened for motorists until it’s commissioned by the state governor, Wike.
