The spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, CSP Adejobi, has reacted to the viral video of a lady flogged by her boyfriend in Kwara for allegedly cheating on him. He also stated that the victim must have noticed the barbaric behavior of her boyfriend and decided to continue with the relationship.
