Jarga Kebba Gigo on Consent, Intoxication and Justice: A Call for Precision, Responsibility and Legal Balance

Jarga Kebba Gigo argues that contemporary legal and cultural approaches to sexual consent—particularly in Western societies—risk dangerous ambiguity by prioritising expansive rights without equally emphasising personal responsibility, especially in contexts involving intoxication. Too Drunk to Drive Versus Consent? 

In our small world,  the normalised negative influences of the influential u.s is likely to be imported by the u.s or western worshipping folks as modernity. I am highly interested in meeting my responsibilities in the world of justice, including globally.  Meaning, I want to oppose injustices globally,  not wait until it reaches my shore, affect a family member, or personally. In this world of choices, how do we balance rights and responsibilities is a mighty task. In the capitalist and matriarchal world, people tend to lean on reminding people the importance of financial responsibilities, and almost no financial rights. This mindset creates or contributes to huge discrepancies in wealth and  blaming of the victims, the poor. However, in the sexual world, the west is trying to give women very dangerous endless rights and almost no responsibility? Their guilty media rightly told us the dangers of vague words outside the legal world, but being vague is much more dangerous in the legal or judicial world. Be careful of curse upon curse, including sexual matters. 

As the world rightly or wrongly marvels over the Epstein’s files, which Jimmy Kimmel calls the Trump-Epstein’s files, the u.s Congress saw an unprecedented two resignations on the same day over sexual misconduct of some sort. Again, their guilty media and the lawmakers are yet to evolve to classify sexual-misconducts in levels for reporting or accuracy. I do not think these lawmakers are worth much of my time, but the legality around their cases and how Texas is reportedly making dangerous sexual laws means more states and countries may wrongly follow suit.

Precision and Consistency: When different states understood the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol, each state came up with their legal limit to lock up questionable men before women followed suit? Feel free to drink, but take responsibility! Why is it too wrong to say to women, feel free to drink alcohol or get high, but take responsibility where need be or strong evidence does not exist? Well, Jarga, you may still be slightly vague. What is ‘too drunk to give consent’? Although we cannot have sobriety tests in retrospect, we can ask questions and debate,  not just accept vague claims at the human level. How many drinks is too much for one or both in question in respect to consent in which scenarios versus all scenarios? You expect your likely drunk partner to know better in which ways? You claim you were too drunk to make a choice, and we still have to trust your every claim to be 100% accurate after how many years? Many of us cannot be accurate on many things after a few weeks, let alone years. Yes! Dramatic events like rape can be retained for years, at least by some people.  However,  the purpose of my writing is not rape or even moral grounds God may judge rightly,  but instead on human legal level and avoiding collective sin at the state level. Meaning, I am warning men to seek far better than a semi-dead woman through alcohol or otherwise,  but also to fight-back on time, or the karma of indifference may hunt you. 

Once we accept that vague benchmark, then we are giving Texas and other states or countries to expand the so-called rights of women and endless responsibilities against good, ok to questionable men. Sex is sadly an emotional secondary need to many men, but alcohol is much more a human choice based on societies. If the law says 1.2 alcohol level is too much to drive a vehicle,  then you can endlessly debate what should be the level for sexual consent. I want to ask you personally, how many bottles of beer versus wine+ will you consider too much to give or accept consent? Your eyes versus the claims of someone years after , or the prosecutor in capitalism? Well, on a first night versus in a relationship can be the easy TV debate, but the legal world said you can ‘rape your wife…’. So she can drink and give you to drink, and still claim ‘too drunk to consent’, especially after divorce or break-up of some sort? If you sign the contract by allowing bad state laws without pushback, then God may not rescue you without hard tests for failing to use your mind and ch.103 on time.  President Trump claims he does not drink, but I am certain that he and about 25% of Americans slept with a drunk woman at some point. You can dismiss me with there is a difference between tipsy, drunk, and too drunk, but I insist on precision and consistency. I hope and pray to never be in sexual need again, but I am not turning down a pretty woman who seems drunk or high on a needy night. Your culture or religion may say ‘go get a wife’ as responsibility, but can she go get a husband like me,  or just try to steal one and if expectations are not met, then try  to disturb a questionable marriage, rob a questionable society on time and money, or even character testing with Jarga against his precious time? 

Is America a sexual hell or land of sexual maniacs? Numbers may matter, but every country likely has sexual liars and cruel ones, so do not look down on America if our leaders and journalists are often blindly following them, hardly asking questions on time. Between a drunk woman and a cannabis high woman, I rather take the cannabis woman unless she is not pretty+.  I also mean, states will likely start to claim ‘too high to give consent ‘. Being a man is sexually hard naturally, so only the God and states ready to give good women or confront questionable rights of women is worthy of worship. There are cannabis strains that tend to make me want to be with a woman, but there are strains that satisfy sexual needs and gave me much better than a bad or ok girlfriend can give,  let alone a semi-dead woman through alcohol or otherwise. The journey is hard or was harder, but even men can be elevated if we try to be truthful and avoid cruelty… I am not saying sexual intelligence is not important,  but let us try to be sexually truthful and kind. Well,  America and a big chunk of the world believe in power or intelligence without conscience? Sexless sexuals (ses) is a multi-billion dollar industry against mainly men. They said: ‘take responsibility’, but I am calling for re-education for teenagers and weak men, and warning signs imposed on porn sites, taxing more to help addicts like tobacco, gambling,  or alcohol addicts. It was written: ‘the people of hell and their spouses…’; wow! Even hell has sex, or how many earthly sex should we see as hell to avoid? I do not want me and/or you to pay for sex anymore, be it ever rising dowry for so-called life or one night stands, so do not expect me to want to pay for less than sex or ses. Can you love me with or without money and children,  or do you rather deal with the corrupt lawmakers who protect or hypocritically fight Jeffrey Epstein? May be Epstein never committed adultery or some Lgbtq acts? Maybe Epstein never supported laws that may put innocent men or women in prison, as right to gamble? Maybe Epstein never killed his victims like the countless poor prostitutes capitalism sacrificed. No! I do not want to be with Epstein,  but I sure do not want to be with Trump or Congress, or even some of the guilty-victims of Epstein.  If you truly repent, then every victim can be healed. Life can be beautiful with or without sex or a partner,  but humans tend to enjoy partnership.  So good partnership is not what I want to ever condemn , because some level of Heaven is described with partnership in the Quhr-aahn many of you hate. However,  there may be a heaven higher than earthly sexual partnership, especially with a drunk or man stealing woman. They said capitalism made the junior staff subdue, as if guilty Trump was right about what percentage of women on ‘the rich and famous’ tape? Well, some married women and even poor village girls can turn down a billionaire like Trump,  but can they take the poor,  be loyal, and fight like Jarga for a much better world,  even here on earth?  If reincarnation is a possibility or probability,  then live and die in earthly heaven,  or at least seeking one. Those who believe in no rights for men deserve to be in hell with hypocritical men or come back as which animal in which continent until they learn men have feelings and should not be sacrificed towards prison or even opportunity denials over questionable claims. Similarly, those who lie to women, lie for women,  are cruel to women,  etc must see hardship in this world and/or beyond.  Well, I am the person calling for a worldwide culture of cameras to help women+ more than the elite women and their questionable men who unjustly favor women or just the bad to worst of women?

A lawyer may not be allowed to ask: Were you too drunk to undress your pants or say stop? They called her a victim by even guilty journalists,  but s/he is actually a claimant and the claims must be scrutinised.  Can a lawyer ask: ‘were you screaming yes please at any point during the encounter’, or why do you keep returning with words, images, etc that suggest happy moments? I suspect there are psychologists worse than the Canadian Jordan Peterson,  psychologists who may claim 10% or xyz % of women are mentally ill, equal to men but different from the average or best of women? No! We cannot accommodate every woman’s claim as human judges. If you so value women,  then stop the wars and invest in the many great things I suggest. Billions on body cameras will help women+, but it may exonerate some men too, so they may hate it. Billions on ‘Researchers Access Store’ (RAS)  will significantly help women, especially if lovism rules and hard working women can own great homes without stealing rich men. 

The women are victims of bad systems and bad laws more than bad men. The world needs re-education and just systems.  Of course,  many women+ are guilty of supporting bad systems, bad laws, and even bad ways to deserve karma? I wonder if good karma exists and when will I have more of it? Although I am laughing daily,  I am yet to get million dollars like the so-called victims of Epstein, nor the millions or billions of the cannabis industry I and others fought for its existence.  Yes! I was fighting for bigger than money, but money is good and we need it to finish the fight beyond guilty Trump.  Why did Trump promise Justice for the millions affected by cannabis but was eager to have alcohol leaning Pam Bondi prosecute his ‘enemies’ than liberate cannabis folks for better sex+? Epstein reportedly has thousands of victims,  but Trump and Biden+ has millions or billions of victims around the world, and still exporting bad laws and policies or ways against the world? I wish my God put a stop to their respite and elevate my status in every sense of the essential meaning.  

Religious folks, please do not tell me to blindly marry under humans who hate God or  have overthrew what percentage of the kingdom? Only a guilty Pastor or Imam+ will put you where they cannot rescue you from? So you demand hundreds to enter the marriage, but I need tens of thousands or millions, and headaches, to exit even where I am a victim? How can a wife have the legal right to deny sex for months or years for no reason, then give me alcohol and claim rape, or too drunk to consent? Apparently, some wives are worse than prostitutes, so God must give us good women and leaders, or the courage to fight back and win in every sense. Imagine a gay cop arresting you, a lesbian prosecuting you, and a bi-sexual judge saying: ‘your wife claims she drank five bottles and you offered her cannabis, so she didn’t consent properly’? Jarga! Are you also extremely against Lgbtq or claiming some Lgbtq+ folks may be better than some heterosexual folks? Well, one so-called lesbian once rescued me while she was drunk, so can she claim rape with a human court or God? Or is she not better than some wives, some girlfriends, and porn stars? If Muslims can eat pork due to needs, I wonder if ‘hungry’ men can take unmarried women due to emotional needs that were sometimes with hard headaches? Forgiving God does not mean the right to be reckless, but the best sign of forgiveness is the ability to leave evil and God giving you far better than a drunk or a tipsy lesbian or xyz can give.  

I cannot consider myself among the top 25% sexually intelligent men of the world, but I am fairly certain that I am among the top one percent men on truthfulness and square kindness on sexual matters. On one side I am sexually blessed in what I survived or resisted, but I cannot consider myself sexually lucky. After all, this is not an age of sexual luck or blessing, considering all the sexual problems of the world can give you a false sense of  blessing. I think resisting sexual lies is the easiest and most important thing for you or your child to learn. 

Again,  do not mistaken my take as defending the guilty lawmakers or attacking their co-culprits. With a girlfriend/wife or even a great cannabis strain, I can stay away from the bad or OK women with ease… so shame on the married folks/leaders who look down on me and still do not want to set me free. Shame on the pretty single women who drank their alcohol with anti-cannabis lawmakers,  women who masturbate and steal men because they consider my type too poor or choose to be vegan because I do not want even food from raped animals? With so much efforts against rape,  I pray not to come close to rape or any sexual misconduct.  However,  if your laws influence a liar to accuse me, then I will say: may God curse the liar and proportionately to every man and woman who supports her/them before two sided evidence, or even the bad laws. Well, on the few women I spanked their butts or touched their breasts as an ignorant teenager, I said forgive me or I am ready to pay. I will not lie , even where there is no evidence to convict me in the court of humans. Do you want a whole night with me or do you want to spank my butt in revenge? Perhaps, it may be better if I take the most beautiful vegan in the world and we teach the world as reparation? They said ‘mental harm’ coming from old physical contact/memories, so can new physical contact or mental good remove the harm, or only money and men suffering in similar or worse ways? All culprits are not the same,  nor are all victims or claimants. We all inherited a very unjust world, which is not to justify wrongs. However, if my or our inherited culture was 75% wrong or right to which gender(s), then learning and teaching are sometimes different.  Who is trying to improve what we inherited and they inherited or trying to push on us? I lived in different countries,  and spiritually visited every continent with good intentions. Beyond RAS,  I am trying to help even the unborn in your countries more than your guilty leaders. 

We cannot judge the dead, but we should learn from their choices. A married woman reportedly cheated with a married lawmaker. When it fell apart, she reportedly committed suicide in shame, but didn’t she further harm her child, or should we always blame it on men? If I or xyz sleeps with your pretty unmarried daughter, if you, your daughter or xyz commits suicide, then we have not properly learned from the sad lessons or how to blame.  Learning means avoiding adultery or you may end up like her, because the human mind can be weak or manipulated, especially without God’s help. Learning means to say no even to the prettiest married person,  because if s/he is 99% guilty, I still do not want one percent guilt or contribution where avoidable. Learning means after mistakes,  you try to repent and amend like Jarga and others do.  You are less likely to owe humans more than God, especially if you were relatively of much good. So regardless if the top media folks or society condemn me and/or you more than guilty Trump, good you or me should fight back and try to be better than king David with his repenting psalm. Faith should help you survive such more than Lgbtq+ folks, but high faith and learning should help you avoid the multiple steps of failures in the story… 

Wipe your tears woman, but also repent and amend where you can. Misdiagnosis is very real. Where you were the culprit may be affecting your mental health more than where you were a victim.  Honestly,  confront where you deem you were a victim, but are you ready to help potential victims? Are you ready to help promote Adfec Zones or Alcohol and drug free entertainment center (adfec) zones? I suggested it since the days of Obama as president,  but your congress+ refused it as a good competing option.  Our children will likely love music, so having one entertainment district with alcohol and one without alcohol is simply smart and caring. If Obama and Congress prefer the district with alcohol, choice and the children or some women+ may appreciate Adfec Zones. Non-drinking Trump and Biden cannot still see how less temptations may help millions of Americans, then Nigeria, Gambia, and where else may copy? An idea that could have saved thousands or millions from rape and other ills, but will God accept it for me on wishes or efforts? 

Are you ready to reduce the sexualization of the male’s mind in public places? The question is about minds and efforts,  not rape or illusory right to rape. Those who recklessly give sexual mental diseases to men and teenagers deserve mental diseases or worse until they repent and amend. I know inheritance by culture,  but refusing to learn is different,  and defiance through indoctrination of boys and girls in illusory freedom may hunt you in ways I may not be able to help. Our responsibility or opportunity to help each other is sometimes limited to time and knowledge sharing. Speak truthfully,  squarely, and let patience be divided with sweet patience versus hard patience.  Partial truth waits to be defeated by the full truth. So let the race be 100% love, 100%truth, because I hate even one percent chiding from God or the cameras of humans, let alone harder punishment.  If s/he seems questionable, run away, or take at your own risk. The last time I checked, God does forgive, but the shame+ of sins between creatures is not something to be gambled on. Some Billionaires and political leaders are falling, but the laws will affect the guilty poor even more. Our task is to protect the innocent poor, not the guilty poor or all men. My cameras may help defeat both guilty men and guilty women,  but the cameras are also to help teach the boys and girls. Remember the title and the limit to drive does not have to mean to consent. May God always give me better than alcohol and sex or average sex. Low sex can give physical or mental disease(s), but may return to rob beyond money? Teenagers  and wise adults, take no sex or only high sex, if it exists… from personal level, different countries,  and God: what is consent worth if adultery is punishable with mental disaeases or up to suicide? What is consent if one or two needy folks are at what level of intoxication, natural horny,  or high on cannabis? Tell MBS and the Arabs+, I prefer cannabis as a tourist, because the drunk girls/Americans+ are not just dangerous but demanding new dangerous vague rights, and the other drunk or tipsy leaning women+ are supporting them or blind to the effects? Are Arab or Asian women any better, or how many of them respect the due rights of men? Again, every race, country, or continent likely have good and bad ones. How are the vegans who enter through the moral door versus the health door, or its influence on sexual thoughts,  discussions, and actions?
