Jarga Kebba Gigo: Why True Repentance Must Include Amendment and Proclamation

Jarga Kebba Gigo argues that true repentance should go beyond mere regret to include amendment and proclamation, drawing from verses in the Qur’an and the Bible to show that sincere moral reform requires correcting wrongs and encouraging others towards truth. He applies this idea across three relationships: within humans, between humans and animals, and between humans and invisible beings, insisting that individuals and societies—particularly global powers, Arab oil leaders, and African authorities—must acknowledge injustices, correct them through ethical action, and publicly promote justice. Repent and Amend within and Between Species 

The world of expanding meanings or interpretation can be very helpful in our evolution. If I claim life is about conscience or character, I am using one word that can be expanded into categories with branches, stems, and leaves. Although I can assure atheists may benefit and agree with some of my wordings, but I will use religious verses and common sense to make my points. Meaning, many may agree with the ‘within species’ or between humans aspects, but some may disagree with one or both sides of the ‘between species’ aspects.  I have seen biblical verses that talk about ‘repentance’, but I am yet to see a biblical verse that talks about ‘repent and amend’ in the same verse. So different Christian preachers may expand or interpret ‘repentance’ differently from ages, including  some who may gratefully or ungratefully learn from me and the Quhr-aahn. Similarly, countless verses in the Quhr-aahn talk about ‘repentance’ like the bible. However,  at least two verses in the Quhr-aahn talk about ‘repent and amend’, including chapter 4:16, which forces or helps you to think about amend as part of sincere repentance or higher in what sense? Lastly,  chapter 2:160 talks about: ‘repent, amend, and proclaim’, which is much more elaborative. So poetic licence makes me choose ‘repent and amend’ as the title, but I am obligated to discuss the importance of proclaiming.

From slavery, colonisation, and present other wrongs between humans,  we can surely repent and amend; but some will not even repent, and others may somehow repent but be indifferent or not amend. Between species should be discussed as visible species (humans and animals) and invisible species ( Angels+ and humans). Of course, those who do not believe more powerful creatures than humans exist will find that part weird. Some ‘believers’ may want more powerful creatures to stop hurting humans, but are humans ready to stop unnecessary hurting of less powerful creatures like animals? Can humans help animals without earthly expectations ?

Within Humans: We can give countless examples in the category that may interest most people,  but we can limit it to big relatable examples like money and sex in groups.  Although I am not totally opposed to reparation of past wrongs like slavery, I am not the type that pushes for it due to my understanding of the soul and history. I believe God can do it best in the best ways and best times. Was I or someone a white or Arab slave master before becoming black is an open speculation. The whites that fought  against slavery more than some blacks  may become black in sweet Africa to potentially deserve reparation, may become white to claim ‘I did my part’, or will the children of such be forced to pay reparation to some guilty blacks then and/or now? How about if the souls are all separate, I do not want to take the money or ‘reparation’ to pay those who directly or truly suffered. I am the type that tends to lean on discussing present wrongs, which does not mean I will not discuss history, especially for learning purposes.

I believe there are countless present financial, image,  and sexual wrongs between Africa and the west+ to warrant ‘amend and repent’ from the world of unjust contracts to the spirit of reciprocal-law or much more just contracts and general dealings. Likewise,  the Arab world should not be greedily jacking up oil prices in an already corrupt world financial system to suffocate the poor or satisfy their wants and over invest in Artificial Intelligence  (AI), while under helping the poor.  Should God, AI, or which creatures focus on choices of only humans or choices of even ‘atom’s weight’ , including between species?  Well,  Chapter.103 and even ch2:160 may demand ‘exhort each other to truth’, which will be a slightly different form of proclamation.

Human wrongs largely fall under ignorance (mistakes), lies, and cruelties.  I tend not to forgive lying and cruelty,  especially for adults. I am however among the most tolerant and forgiving people on ignorance or mistakes. Meaning, I will not hold an Arab or white+ for any wrong before I was born; but I expect the present whites who run the corrupt world economic system to sincerely repent and amend, or God’s curse be upon them.  Are you a working ‘white+’ that benefits from the corrupt world system, then repent, amend,  and proclaim; or God’s curse be proportionately upon you.  Amend can include donating to NGOS or going to the  so-called poor places and helping to effect the change you claim they should do. Are you among the top Arab+ leaders that Jack up oil prices against the world’s poor,  then ‘repent and amend’ or God’s curse be upon you. Similarly, are you an ordinary Arab who benefits from such deceptions or unjust impositions,  then amend will mean you give to the world’s poor like or better than the best of Christians and Jews, or God’s proportionate curse be upon you…  Are you an African+ leader who signs unjust contracts, plays dumb or under-speaks on the world stage, ignores your poorest ones on even mandatory education,  etc; then repent and amend must include speaking up to the top and bottom,  or God’s curse be upon you until you repent.  Are you an ordinary African or middle class African, then help where you can and social media is gauging who truly cares, from writing to what you share.  All must repent, amend, and proclaim; or God’s proportionate curse be upon the guilty who refuse very vivid reminders…  

There is a part that belongs to God, be it 51% to 99% , and a part called sins between creatures, be it 1% to 49% or more per choice. Shame on a so-called believer whose choices include wrong doings above the average within different faiths or even some atheists. The Quhr-aahn talks a lot about disbelievers,  but arguably more against wrongdoers, so never let your faith and few good deeds blind you to do or support wrongs that explicitly or implicitly fall under sins between creatures, especially between humans.  

To the Africans and beyond: ‘God never changes the condition of a people unless they change what is in their hearts (mindsets).’ So what is your mindset then and now compared to standards and your children of other races? We suggested learning (ihqrah ch.96) for you, which includes up to thinking, research, and conscience.  So how are you on formal education to the poorest, or are you bragging to be ‘hard workers’, or coming short on one, two, or three aspects of Showlove Trinity? Where is your budget on research compared to infrastructure based on loans against children you may indoctrinate? How are you on conscience within and between species, or are you bragging to be better on only Lgbtq or which few choices? Well, God may forgive the neglected illiterates, some poor workers,  and even some Lgbtq+ folks but with conditions… 

[Quran 2:160] Except those who repent, and amend (reform), and proclaim. Those—I will accept their repentance. I am the Acceptor of Repentance, the Merciful.’ This verse almost comes with a checklist or the conditions to deserve acceptance, so do not trivialise anything on the checklist or forget sins between creatures may be very different. ‘We give you a mouth (and share button) for a purpose’ , as per ch.90, so do not play dumb as per many verses, unless you want to risk to be raised dumb+ or among the lost.

So we slightly move on towards sex as an example.  All societies tend to condemn things like rape and gross sexual assaults. However,  myself and how many people did minor sexual assaults like butt spanking in the nightclubs or beyond? Repent may mean stopping such, but how is amend versus proclaim in the world of sex?  Can you educate the children or teenagers in better ways than you received to qualify as proclaim for much broader amends? [Quran 4:16] ‘If two folks among you commit it, punish them both. But if they repent and amend (reform), leave them alone. God is the Redeemer, Full of Mercy. ‘ Here the verse seems to be hinting about ‘fornication ‘ as an  example or exclusively? With or without child through fornication, if they marry, the verse is hinting they are amending and let society be not too obsessed with punishment.  I am not justifying fornication, but I am the ‘sinner’ who understands circumstances and dare not trivialise ‘repent and amend’ are not recommended in vain and may be misinterpreted by wrongdoing folks, including guilty judges and politicians. Remember the Quhr-aahn claims it may worsen or add curse to the wrongdoing folks (not just disbelieving folks) in [Quran 17:82] We send down in the Quran healing and mercy for the believers, but it increases the wrongdoers only in loss.’ Again, may we not be one-eye,  but wrongdoing folks must be confronted measurably with words and actions,  including imprecations (negative prayers) where need be. 

A female western singer sang: ‘I don’t want to hurt him no more…’, but what is mental mass hurting or personal deceptions in the world of sexual relationships and beyond? I am the man who wants to repent and amend where I should, but I will not tolerate a so-called lover who believes in mental hurting of men or disservice . Although we want tolerance between partners, we demand learning and see the purpose of tolerance is learning.  So repent and amend is for those willing to learn. Otherwise,  let’s separate, let God judges. I can be happy as single or God may give me a much better partner than who wants to be indifferent or harming the one s/he choose out of eight billion people on earth as test on character… So who will get varying mental hurting like the victims or so-called victims of Epstein, Diddy, etc and may still misdiagnose the sources of the problems? Varying hurt within a country, from the same man+, between continents,  and when or how God’s forgiveness comes after repentance  with or without amendments and proclaimments? 

Between Visible Species: Like Religion,  people will likely follow the ways of their parents on animals. If you have bloody meat eating parents, you will likely be fed such meat before you know where it is from. If your parents ate monkeys, horses, pork, whales,  etc, you will likely eat it at some point. Then the Lord of the two easts and two wests is joining humankind in our age more than any known recent history for a purpose. Who will learn intuitively or through creatures to repent and amend while time permits? I have other articles where I extensively talked about veganism, so I rather focus or lean on a new perspective that concurs with the title and perhaps more interesting.  For over two decades of my early life, I ate bloody meat and fish; then I became a vegetarian, which will be slight repentance.  I did occasionally slide back to meat eating for reasons not worth discussing in this time and space limited engagement. It took me about two decades to evolve from vegetarianism to veganism, partly because knowledge or opportunity can come very slowly, if it is direct or invisible. This is why I believe ‘proclaim’ as per ch. 2:160 or ‘exhort each other to truth’ as per ch. 103, and ‘Proclaim the blessings of your Lord’ as per ch. 93:11 are vital for humans,  for the pioneers to help speed up more potential ‘repent and amend ‘  sweeter journey.  However,  veganism can be just repentance and what is slight repentance? For decades, I ate fish from the oceans+ almost regularly, stopping that is one level of repentance. How about if I demand seaweed or other plant based food from the oceans, will that reduce fish plant food supply to contribute to big fishes eating smaller fishes? Well, I did occasionally feed ‘pancakes +’  to fishes, but perhaps less than ten times in the last decade.  The thoughts must first come from God and/or the Godly (visible or invisible). How about if Jarga starts feeding 25% of food leftovers to the sea-creatures? That will fall under amendment and be easier if I live very close to the beach or river. Perhaps,  I may remember or forget when going to the beach next time. By public proclaiming, I may inspire millions towards billions to start throwing food for the fishes after stopping the throwing of plastics in the waters? Wow! How many people have read the same verse for over a thousand years and may not have ever interpreted it this way? It takes time and God’s will to offer good, then some will accept and others may reject. 

Fish eaters may bait fish with food, but that is not ‘we only feed you for the sake of Allah, (to see his smiling face). We do not want return payment or thanking…’ as per ch.76 :9.  Of course, there are humans who cannot even feed their own children without expectations, over expectations,  or over harassing others for not thanking or over praising them in public.  The verse is not anti thanking or doing back favors where need be, but the verse is describing a great group of givers for a purpose.  A white or xyz Christian woman may meet that group above other whites, Arabs, and Blacks+ who read the Quhr-aahn in questionable ways? Within Humans,  an atheist may feed a hungry being without knowing or expecting pay from God, but some submitters will fight or complain if the receiver forgets to thank you? Anyway,  the subparagraph is about between species,  and I do not think many atheists may become Vegan early, or be amending with efforts towards animal feeding for God’s sake. However,  those who lean on the Quhr-aahn and conscience can use their minds or remember certain verses.  Is feeding fishes or birds with quality plant based food a good deed and more than atom’s weight as per ch.99? If yes, then packing my leftover food or special  charity when going to the beach is not hard until I can afford a beachfront mansion for more regular seeking of God’s pleasure.  Those living on the beachfront are less likely to be poor, but many of them may rather eat the fish and the plants that were meant for the fish, and never feed them? Well, Jarga, remember there are rich vegans and others who may at least throw their leftovers rightly after receiving the truth for kindness message.  So have hope Jarga, and be thankful how God helps you to repent, amend, and even proclaim in very smart ways before countless PhD holders,  including those who studied theology and/or memorise the Quhr-aahn . Indeed! I am thankful, but I must ask God for more while I can, because many of my folks are one eye or blind to some aspects of this complex test of choice of atom’s weight in two ways. So I want least harm and maximum help between creatures, after the kind Lord inspires or opens the doors of opportunities.

Between Humans and Invisible Creatures: Those of us who believe in Jinns, Angels, Aliens, etc will certainly not want them to harm us in any way, and to rightfully help us in mutual uplifting.  Is it due to your choices or the powerful creatures abusing you through nightmares, illusions, or others you may not know? The world of power versus choice can be different or diverse. Just because they may not be explicitly mean to us like how average humans do to animals does not mean other creatures are not sometimes allowed against some humans. You can pray it out, but if you want God’s protection and/or his blessings, then a reflection may help. If God sends me and you to help a fish or bird, God is still the primary facilitator and provider of rain, sun, and seeds+. Similarly,  if God assigns Angels to entertain you, teach you, or even help you invent what may lead to billions or better than wealth, you thank God the most, thank contributing humans,  but you can send prayers to every good angel (messengers) who contributed to any uplifting of good folks,  beyond yourself.  [Quran Chapter 37]

180. Exalted be your Lord, the Lord of Glory, beyond their allegations.

181. And peace be upon the messengers (Angels and human messengers).

182. And praise be to God, the Lord of the Worlds.

Remember the verse (41:31)that also says: ‘We (the Angels) are your allies in this world and the hereafter’, but what is a team based on qualifications and how  are we on repent,  amend, and proclaim? So may the Angels preemptively strike my enemies is a good prayer and does not mean I will not fight back where need be. May the glad-tidings be upon the believers, with or without children,  lovers, or even big money. May God bless us satisfactorily, and bless Showlove Trinity: let’s learn, let’s work,  let’s have fun.
