- Divisional Police Officer (DPO) in Koko Besse, Yauri, and Sakaba Divisions

- DPO in multiple divisions within the Abuja FCT Command, such as Maitama, Lugbe, Kwubua, Buwari, and Gwagwalada
- DPO in Kaduna State, serving in Birnin Gwari, Kakuri, Rigachuku, and Angwaa Sanusi Divisions
International Missions and Recognition
AIG Odama’s commitment to policing has seen him participate in several international missions. He served in Pristina, Kosovo, and was part of the United Nations Mission in Monrovia, Liberia. In 2008, he was assigned to the UN mission in East Timor, Indonesia, as District Commander of Oecusse, where he was notably the only black man among 13 District Commanders in the country.
