Women Encouraged to Adopt Consistent Wellness Habits

Lady Fubara encouraged women to adopt a culture of exercising, noting that the benefits extend beyond physical appearance to include longevity, vitality, and improved daily performance.

She also reassured participants that exercise does not have to be complicated or strenuous, stating:

Even if you don’t know how to do any exercise, bear it in mind, you can walk. You’re just walking, and it’s counting for you.

Her message, Akahi News gathered, was particularly targeted at older women and those who feel intimidated by conventional exercise routines, demonstrating that even simple activities can yield remarkable health gains.
