Russia’s Enteromix Cancer Vaccine Shows 100% Efficacy in Trials, Awaits Final Approval
By Joseph Iyaji | Akahi News
In what medical experts are describing as a potential breakthrough in cancer treatment, Russia’s newly developed mRNA-based cancer vaccine, Enteromix, has achieved 100% efficacy and safety in clinical trials. If approved, this cutting-edge therapy could revolutionise cancer care and save millions of lives worldwide.

Clinical Trials Deliver Remarkable Results
Akahi News gathered that Enteromix, designed to target and destroy cancer cells while shrinking tumours, completed extensive clinical trials with remarkable success. Developed by the National Medical Research Radiology Centre in collaboration with the Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology (EIMB) of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the vaccine trains the immune system to identify and attack cancerous cells, leaving healthy tissues unharmed.
Unlike chemotherapy or radiation therapy, which often cause severe side effects, trial data revealed that patients tolerated Enteromix extremely well, with no major adverse reactions reported. The vaccine also demonstrated the ability to halt tumour growth, and in some cases, completely eliminate cancerous cells.
Cutting-Edge mRNA Technology
Enteromix utilises the same mRNA technology used in COVID-19 vaccines but takes it further by customising treatment for each patient. According to RT India, the vaccine employs four harmless viral vectors to both attack tumours and boost the immune system’s response to cancer cells.

The groundbreaking results were unveiled at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2025), where Russia showcased its latest medical innovations.
Awaiting Regulatory Approval
Having successfully passed all phases of testing, the only remaining step is formal approval from the Russian Ministry of Health. If authorised, Enteromix would become the world’s first personalised mRNA-based cancer vaccine available for public use.
Medical analysts predict that regulatory clearance could open the door for international collaborations, clinical applications in other countries, and a new era in cancer immunotherapy.
A New Dawn in Cancer Treatment
Experts emphasise that while the journey from clinical trials to widespread adoption involves rigorous safety checks, the 100% efficacy rate signals a monumental shift in oncology.
“If approved, Enteromix could transform cancer from a death sentence into a manageable and potentially curable condition,” said one leading oncologist familiar with the research.
As the world awaits the final verdict from Russia’s health authorities, the hope for a future free of cancer grows stronger than ever.
