The Wisdom of Unlimited Water Access for Free or Reasonable Fee

Our Earth has enough water for 20 billion people or let us stop making babies, if God may not proportionately increase our water on earth every year. We essentially have free rainfall and enormous underground water reserves we can offer ‘free of charge’ or charge what as a reasonable fee? I heard Capitalism hates ‘free’ except for the elite and frowns at reasonable even where God does most of the work? Well, human needs for water from drinking to gardening and farming is not a problem, but how do we manage with businesses like AI firms? Regulating businesses is great, but understanding human needs and how putting a cost on things like water hampers essential social food security and other benefits are worthy of discussion. I was born in the Gambia, one of the poorest countries on earth, but we still have enough water for unlimited access. Despite our poverty, the cost of a few kilometers of the tarred roads we have can facilitate enough boreholes and pipe laying for unlimited water access. We can then charge a monthly fee per person, an alternative amount of plants, or go to jail and pay an extra fine of arresting costs+. Many governments, many organisations, or even billionaires and centi-millionaires can also be sought for the funding. Both the guilty local capitalists and some international capitalists may frown at the idea with excuses.

Food Security: Arguably, the number one benefit is food security. I have repeatedly argued the number of gardeners in Gambian suburbs in the summer is indicative of semi-willingness to garden if water is not an issue. Yes, rainfall may seem easier than watering, but watering does have advantages in regards to how much we give each type of plant and the absence of torrential winds are all advantages in some sense. So we must see nature as smart semi-blessing that can be enhanced with God revealed knowledge. Once you understand your water payment will not change, then you will likely utilize it on things like maximum gardening at bare minimum. Our local food production can be 2 to 4 times of the present realities. Imagine the peace of mind, the new leverage to bargain for better treatment, and the security in the event of world wars? The mere war between Ukraine and Russia shamefully put many Africans on painful inflation and food insecurity. We can also have limited resistance to possible sanctions if we have unlimited water access.

Economic Advantages: You may be blinded by the little you collect through water charges from 25% to 50% of the populace, but if you calculate what you may collect from 100% of the populace and 25 to 50% of different new industries can be much more. On rough estimates, the Gambia is about 3 million people, so if we introduce a water tax of about one dollar per person, monthly, that is how much monthly versus yearly? We collect it from household accountability, including possible jailing. So the address on your ID card will reveal you live under Mr. Muhammed Jah as an example, as a tenant or family member. Ten people on 1256 10 Street means 10 X 12 water tax, the landlord will collect from the working in the compound or assign the unemployed to garden from the unlimited water access.

There was a time when the u.s accepted hemp as a tax paying alternative. So the governments can target different plants each year and offer it as an alternative payment method. The world of plants offers countless products and further research can offer even more. Only when we have excess plants can research be much easier. From some high end mattresses to countless products are made from plants. So we can export or start the factories for more benefits. Things like cashew nuts and many other long lasting foods can be good alternatives to cash payment. I know governments will prefer cash, but we can offer alternatives where need be and add reasonable costs at times.

We should not fear water abuse or tie it to other options. First, countless youths will garden to reduce time they may spend on drugs. If we have more swimming pools that we empty to plants, it means we may have Olympic medal winning swimmers, swimmers for health, swimmers for better fun than cigarette+, etc. Water is not very easy to abuse in your compound or you risk flood and which inconveniences? Similarly are the farms. So with education and culture of cameras, I am optimistic that humans will not ‘waste water’. Also due to the fact that the water will evaporate to return as rain, or sink to be drawn at what percentages, means near zero wastage.

People watering their lawns much more will mean less dust, healthier lungs, less hospital visits, etc. Less fighting over water bills means less stress and the list goes on.

Employment Comparison: Although I believe work is essential, but work is still a means that may be lower than learning and natural needed fun. To still defeat the opponents through numbers: the thousands of Under employed folks through water selling may reduce drastically, but we can offer them work in the farms and other places. Those same workers often complain they cannot put enough food on the table for their children, and sometimes resort to different types of corruption. If you calculate the millions it will give employment and the higher millions who will get a boost on food fun, then employment can be seen from different lenses.

Unlimited Access to a blessing: An African American comedian once joked: ‘if white people figured out how to charge us for air, they would have, and n***er will be like, I need a quarter to breathe’? Sometimes I wonder if over commercialisation of sex and beyond is not the crime of humankind, especially the west. Jarga, their African students can be worse, or why unlimited Internet access is still denied to poor Africans? Having that privilege of unlimited access to a wife is what to a prostitute? Unlimited Internet or water is nice, but doubters may argue African people will abuse the time they spend on the Internet more than westerners or xyz? Between unlimited Internet and unlimited water access, I would rather argue for unlimited water access first. Unlimited access to free sunlight, unlimited access to quality air, unlimited access to water, etc must be fought for. Our guilty leaders are running from both the snow and the sunlight, hiding behind air conditioners and refusing us even access to land and water until when? The best of us must wake up, engage the media, engage the politicians, the voters, and pray for victory.

Accommodating Minorities and the Future: Last night, while meditating, I wondered if I could stay in a government cabinet meeting for hours under air conditioners? Our leaders are largely heavy meat eaters and thus tend to hate sunlight, but expect the farmers to work hard under the sun and refuse them priority on even water access for year round farming? I also mean all government buildings and businesses should preferably be with sun friendly glass and design to accommodate folks like me who may prefer sunlight and natural air over air conditioners. It is a minority, or Jarga Kebba Gigo, who happens to be the most caring person of not just the Gambia and Africa, but perhaps worldwide. Our children may also grow to love sunlight if we feed them enough varieties of plants. So let us research on plants for glass or let hemp fuel and which plants help fuel factories for enough glass houses.

I truly understand nothing that involves human work is truly free, but our taxes that justify ‘free education’ can be raised to justify ‘free water’. If the president, the military, and many others are getting ‘free things’ , then let ‘free water’ be pushed and heaven be for those who are pro free water or reasonable fee for unlimited water access. Let us build the highest heaven possible for ourselves and the poor before we wish God and the Angels do similar for us. Put me or someone trust on the phone with the top Arab or xyz billionaires to make it a reality through charity, grants, loans, or whatever the good God may allow.

The ideas are not just for the Gambia or Africa, but worldwide. I have long championed things like ‘free water movement, drought resistant, and year round farming for Africa’. I truly believe many westerners will garden much more and feed the poor where need be, if water becomes unlimited access. Tourists can pay or be exempted, understanding non-working folks still spend beyond food they may still buy. So they may be indirectly paying for the water cost. I would love to see the Gambia be the first country to try it, but I am rooting for the countries or states to try it before allowing any AI facility that may consume more water. Even cold states with good governors can try it at a risk, because free or affordable needs for the poor are scary to some capitalist mindsets. Among the things I enjoyed in the u.s was wide varieties of affordable food, but I heard that is history or no more. Among the ways to bring it back is unlimited water access. Those in apartments can try minimal vertical gardening, but the countless people with lawns and space for vertical gardening will help reduce the cost of living. Again, do not worry much about the farmers that brought Trump or worship Barrow, Mahama, Tinubu, etc, they can plant more trees and research more, and accept Jarga loves the citizens of the world more than the guilty leaders. Food and many needs should preferably be free or very reasonable to even the ordinary laborer. We can business the wants while God permits.

Even ten borehole drilling machines can realize it for tiny Gambia within a year, and most countries will require less than 100 drilling machines or companies. So the feasibility is not to be disputed. You will need to lay pipes for the farms, but even a garden tractor with special attachments can help in that regard and realize it in 2026, worldwide. Rather than complaining and begging Trump or xyz, we should listen and apply the best of what God offers.

Balanced Diet and Smart Strategies: If you are rich, it is fairly easy to have hundreds of different plants in a fairly limited space I called Badafos green fence or vertical gardening. However, governments should advise and offer strategies for the poor. By identifying about 100 edible plants per country and dividing them into ten or twelve groups, you can assign primary assignments based on last digits of an address or month of birth of the head of the household. This strategy greatly helps ascertain balanced availability towards a balanced diet. Let’s assume cashew, blueberry, kale, Arugula, chestnut, etc are for January borns or 01 ending addresses, it will mean mandatory planting or what percentage may voluntarily comply, and plant whatever else they prefer. Besides the markets, a traveller or government may know precisely where to find blueberry or chestnut as an example. Barter and other options become easier. Without such divisions or assignments, a guilty parent may argue I do not like chestnuts, ignore the possibility of an unborn child or which guests may love it. If that guilty parent travels, those who respect these assignments can ascertain access to what s/he loves. Desires can change and worshipping our present desires or limited knowledge is not smart. If most Gambians do not like Arugula as an example and avoid it against minorities, we can lose to tourists who may like it or suppose research or disease eventually makes it valuable. These divisions also make the poorest big village to be able to offer wide varieties of plants for the natives and tourists they may prefer with which efforts? Come to the Gambia or xyz where even our villages offer over 100 edible plants is yet to be a marketing strategy until when and others to copy? So let smart officials use their minds and make the case to the non-thinking defiant ones who are now paying for water or may not even have enough water access. Appreciation must include deeply meditating on what the medium suggests before you dismiss me.

I do not think we need even water meters in that budget, but I won’t oppose it for data gathering purposes. People largely hate jail and the desperation of risking lives to go to Europe or the Americas will reduce, especially if we add land reforms to the package. Life is largely about access to learning, access to work, and access to fun. Our time on earth is very limited and we must not use our powers to unnecessarily deny poor folks access to basic needs. Me and you do not create the water, so the limited work we do to drill and lay the pipes should not be an arm and a leg against the poor. Few solar panels and wind energy can draw endless water. Yes, we will need paid plumbers to do occasional repairs and few other costs to accept a reasonable monthly or annual fee. Push with me, be you a sitting governor or a president, an opposition leader to campaign on, or even an ordinary person who accepts God wants us to help the poor much more and seek the best of what is offered. Which journalists or politicians will push for it in your respective countries or indifferent after my clear seedings? May God bless Showlove Trinity: let’s learn, let’s work, let’s have fun.
