Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia has openly shared her transformation journey after undergoing liposuction surgery with a fat transfer, documenting the process from pre-surgery jitters to post-surgery joy.

In a video posted on her Instagram page, the actress jokingly bade farewell to her “old body” before the procedure, explaining that the surgery was part of her ongoing battle with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and her quest to restore confidence in her body.

Etinosa revealed that she underwent liposuction combined with a fat transfer, though she chose not to disclose the specific area where the fat was moved. To aid recovery, she completed ten hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) sessions—five before the surgery and five after.

According to her, the therapy helped reduce inflammation, accelerated healing, and improved her overall post-surgical outcome.

Just days after the operation, Etinosa was seen in compression garments, proudly showing off her new figure. Her bright countenance and renewed confidence drew admiration from fans as she credited her medical team for making the experience smooth.
