BBNaija: Tracy Accuses Kulture of Inappropriate Touch in the House

Drama has erupted in the Big Brother Naija house as housemate Tracy accused her fellow contestant, Kulture, of touching her inappropriately during the night.

The revelation came during a private conversation with fellow housemate Zita on Saturday, where Tracy narrated her uncomfortable encounter with Kulture.

Tracy’s Allegation Against Kulture

According to her account, Kulture allegedly attempted to touch her while they were both in bed.
“He [Kulture] puts his hand on my bed and moved closer and was telling me to also come closer to him. In my head, I was like, come and do what?… The next thing he puts his hands inside my bracket and wanted to touch me.

“I told him, ‘Don’t touch me.’ He said, ‘You’ve shouted everybody will hear you.’ I said, ‘Yes [let them hear]. I don’t want you to touch me.’ I told him to move that I was not comfortable with him beside me. Then eventually he left,” Tracy recounted.

She added that Kulture had initially urged her not to raise her voice to avoid drawing the attention of other housemates, but she resisted and insisted he stop.

Flashback to 2017 Incident

Akahi News recalls that in 2017, housemate Kemen was disqualified from the reality show after being accused of touching fellow contestant TBoss inappropriately while she slept — a controversy that drew nationwide criticism and debate about consent and respect in the house.

Awaiting Official Response

As at the time of filing this report, the organisers of Big Brother Naija are yet to release an official statement regarding Tracy’s allegation. Fans of the show have since taken to social media to express mixed reactions, with many demanding a swift investigation into the matter.

The development has once again reignited conversations around boundaries, consent, and conduct among housemates on one of Africa’s biggest reality television platforms.
