Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Nigeria Hosts Seven Nights of Prayer Toward Year-End 2025 in Ile-Ife
The Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Nigeria (CCRN), Light of Christ Prayer Group, SS Peter & Paul Catholic Pro-Cathedral, Lagere, Ile-Ife, has announced a Seven Nights Prayer Towards the End of the Year 2025, scheduled to hold from 15th to 21st December, 2025.
The annual spiritual programme is designed to usher participants into the new year with renewed faith, thanksgiving, and spiritual victory. According to information Akahi News gathered, the 2025 edition will be held under the theme “Victory at Last”, drawn from 1 Corinthians 15:57.
A Week of Intense Spiritual Renewal
The seven-day programme will feature focused nightly prayers, reflections, and scriptural exhortations, each day addressing key areas of Christian growth and victory.
The outlined prayer themes include:
- Day 1: Harden Not Your Heart (Psalm 95:7–8; Hebrews 3:7–8)
- Day 2: Help My Unbelief, O Lord (Mark 9:24)
- Day 3: The Faith That Works (James 2:17)
- Day 4: Deliverance from the Power of the Grave (Hosea 13:14; Ezekiel 37:12)
- Day 5: I Know My Redeemer Liveth (Job 19:25)
- Day 6: Lord, Heal Our Land (2 Chronicles 7:14)
- Day 7: Victory at Last (1 Corinthians 15:57; Colossians 2:15)
Time, Venue and Organisers
Akahi News learnt that prayers will hold daily by 10:00pm at the Church Hall of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Pro-Cathedral, Lagere, Ile-Ife.
The programme will be hosted by Rev. Fr. Peter Adeyemi, with Bro. Wilson serving as the coordinator. Organisers say the prayer sessions are open to all faithful seeking divine intervention, thanksgiving, and spiritual breakthrough as the year draws to a close.

According to the organisers, the seven nights of prayer aim to help participants reflect on the year’s challenges and testimonies while committing the coming year into God’s hands with hope and confidence.
