The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State has extended warm felicitations to Rt. Hon. Mike Etaba, the Honourable Member representing Obubra/Etung Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, as he marks his birthday anniversary today, 16th September 2025.
