NECO Releases 2024 May/June Results
The National Examinations Council (NECO) has officially released the results for the 2024 May/June Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE). Students who sat for the exam can now access their results online.
NECO’s Registrar, while making the announcement, commended students for their participation and noted that the results are available for viewing and printing on NECO’s official website.
Steps to Check NECO 2024 May/June Results
To check and print your NECO result, follow these simple steps:
- Visit the NECO result portal
Go to the official NECO website at www.neco.gov.ng and click on “Results”. - Purchase a token
If you do not already have a token, you will need to purchase one. The token acts as a pass to view your result. Click on “Purchase Token” and follow the instructions to complete the payment. - Log in to your account
If you are already registered, sign in using your email address and password. New users will need to create an account. - Enter your exam details
Input your examination year (2024) and select the type of examination (SSCE Internal). - Input your token and registration number
Enter the token you purchased and your examination registration number in the respective fields. - Click “Check Result”
After inputting all the details, click the “Check Result” button. Your result will be displayed. - Print your result slip
To print your result slip, click on the print button or use the print function on your browser.
Important Information:
- Ensure you keep your token safe as it will be required for future access to your results.
- If you encounter any issues with checking your result, you can reach out to NECO’s support team via their website or contact their customer service line.
Students are encouraged to promptly check their results and download their slips, as they will be required for university and tertiary institution admissions. NECO also advised candidates to beware of fraudulent websites and to only use the official NECO platform for all result-related activities.
