Reverse Precedents and the Dangers of Unlimited Immunity.

The so-called intellectual world has gone nuts on Venezuela, arguing largely on precedents in fear, so I decided to use the term ‘reverse precedents’ to awaken as many minds as possible. I am not dismissing their fears of potential greed and arrogance copying, but why are they not admitting world wrongs up to UN level contributed to the world mess and how to bravely stop the u.s on a ‘robbery’ that is yet to meaningfully start. The bravery of Donald Trump and the u.s should be largely admired, which does not mean the u.s was/is not guilty of cowardice upon cowardice in history, or worse than cowardice: greed and arrogance. Human evolution is very real, but certain things actually existed before humankind. Fear, greed, and arrogance are the roots of evil that existed before humankind and how we deal with these three problems in the cultural eras, the religious eras, and the present government eras must be honestly studied . When one group is guilty of fear, and the other group is guilty of greed or arrogance, it often becomes a perfect dangerous match until one repents sincerely or is upgraded as bigger to biggest devil in normalisation. The bridge between personal sovereignty and national sovereignty is re-education and renegotiation because many national leaders are yet to admit personal sovereignty exists and must be respected with limits through regulations. The bridge between national sovereignty and international law or world order is similarly complex re-education and renegotiation with limits on Immunity. Our mindsets from individual levels to national and international levels demand circumspect honesty, not one-eye and indifference. Rules and laws can be faulty or insufficient from the home, workplace, to national and international levels. So evolution on laws and policies are challenging, except history offers lessons through reciprocal-law, but people can dangerously ignore where learning is paramount.

The Inaction of God and the Godly versus the actions of the devil and devilish: Jarga, are you going to bore us with religious arguments, or are some atheists not arguing what the u.s did is ‘evil’ and what they may do next is a greater evil? So there seems to be agreement that evil or the devil exist more than God exists, especially at the leadership levels. My take is God is testing who will worship the devil of arms+ or can the Godly defeat a devil, or justify the copying of devilish ways as the only option?

When stupid journalists and many so-called intellectuals argue the u.s move on Venezuela means China can take Taiwan, Russia takes Ukraine, etc they are essentially suggesting or assuming in fear and copying, rather than suggesting in love and learning. It means Russia, China, etc are no good and copy the u.s beyond military? It means humankind are a sorry lot like or more than how blacks accepted slavery through normalisation of fear. Who will take Africa, the Middle East, Australia, etc can be another long useless debate. How do we celebrate the u.s for bringing down Maduro is likely a lonely island for me, but how do we stop the u.s from plundering the riches of Venezuela is like an Arab atheist telling me: ‘Muhammad was/is really crazy, he thinks there are other planets and Elon Musk or xyz can build an aircraft to travel from Mecca to Jerusalem in one night’? OK! I may have lost some people in that weave, but uncharted territory and partial history are things some atheists can relate to.

Even before the weird demands of the Trump administration I read this morning, I think smart journalists and intellectuals could have looked in the insufficient international laws and history for solutions, if imagination and new better laws are too much to ask of non-thinking cowards. In which millennium or century did Syria invite Russia to temporarily save president Assad and nearly permanently stop Daesh or Issis in Syria? I mean if our memory cannot go back to decades, then how far can our imaginations varyingly go into the future? Trump is naked before the world like an old or pretty woman, and no man is daring enough to make ‘her’ scream for good or dress ‘her’ up? Needless to state how he wants Venezuela to divorce all customers or boyfriends, then exclusively become what type of a wife or whore for the u.s is figurative and irrelevant. How useless are the affected ‘boyfriends’ in standing up through invitation, preferably, or copying evil against weaker neighbours? Even if half the affected countries through demands were ready to risk their lives, Trump will likely back-off, because Trump understands the dangers of wars if the powers are relatively the same or if God may get involved for a worthy person or people, not for Maduro, but for enough repenting Venezuelans. That will be good precedent, not the reverse precedents I am yet to elaborate on.

Whereas I have repeatedly argued based on precedents or the dangers of certain precedents, I tend to argue it mainly through laws. For example, when Prime minister Stephen Harper of Canada suggested ‘Preventive arrests’ to contain terrorism, I was among the first to verifiably challenge him as dangerous and what would that mean if folks like Yahyah Jammeh enacted similar laws in Africa. So I am not against people arguing on precedents, but I wish people would argue on reverse precedents as well, or the dangers of ignoring dangerous precedents. When the status quo is not working, God and Satan are known through actions of right versus wrong, or we refuse to be victims of proxy wars by fighting conscientiously.

UN Failures: Whether you think the UN is at 40%, 50%, 75%, or 95% grade of success, every sane person understands even the so-called charters are faulty and insufficient. Among the most important aspects before any guarantee is meeting a criteria. The UN should not protect any leader who is vividly illegitimate through election rigging. Fair elections is among what makes a leader legitimate, so the UN organisation should ascertain a few things with tolerance to warrant protection. Since human evolution was/is disproportionate , the working progress after the world wars should have included a timetable towards worldwide mandatory education up to age 18 or 20. That may sound controversial to those who are at a cultural level mindset of endless parental rights, or at questionable religious and capitalist mindset of indifference to even child rights of the poor before state draft rights.

We all know elections are hardly 100% free and fair, but we all also know intolerable rigging of elections should not be tolerated in the name of sovereignty. Our era is lucky to have cameras, but we refuse to evolve to a strong worldwide culture of cameras over claims. Venezuela or any nation cannot say no country should be even a witness to its election with cameras, but want the world to blindly trust them and risk our lives for them? The how aspects of elections may vary slightly, but with cameras and rising education level, even the cowardly electoral college system of the u.s can change. The UN must have demands from countries beyond finance, or it becomes the most prostitute minded organisation that protects devils like or potentially worse than Trump, Maduro, or xyz.
Elected leaders and non-elected leaders should not enjoy the same rights at the UN level. It means the king of the UK or Saudi Arabia can remain largely in their respective areas as symbols, but send only elected leaders or their representatives at the world stage unless they are not guilty of huge crimes. The last time I checked about 1500 years ago, the Quhr-aahn hinted ‘guilty folks prayed for kings’, so how did the u.s evolve to understand the dangers of kingship and Saudi and other Muslim countries devolved towards kingship? Missing signs is one thing, but mandatory education will gradually reduce not just kingship but reduce the powers of governments towards personal sovereignty and only a Just God be worshipped through conscience…

What message a law or xyz sends should always be at least two ways. When the mindset of an individual is on the wrong direction and route, then speed and honest gauging can determine a deserved destination unless you change route. Regime change can be good or bad, necessary or unnecessary, and both current and historical learning opportunities can justify those facts. Intervention for good or bad reasons can be a lengthy debate in the world of character, but Intervention for greed is only dangerous after others vow no intervention for even character against the arrogant at international or national level. So do not let bad or mistaken interventions blind you from good interventions. Shun the bad ones with re-education, learn from each of the mistaken interventions towards perfect intervention. Or who doubts God can make perfect intervention through humans or angels, but refuse to confront evil when the bully is seemingly bigger. If Russia alone made Trump backed-off in Syria, then Russia, China, Iran+ can certainly make Trump accept a good deal, including how to benefit Venezuelans from learning to fun opportunities in unprecedented achievements.

When a law at the U.N level says ‘no intervention no matter what ‘, that sends a signal to visible and invisible devils. Hello Ghadafi, Yahyah Jammeh, Maduro, or xyz you have reached ‘untouchable status’ , at least from the outside world. It means you can rig elections, and those who claim no intervention deserve it through mindset until they learn the hard way and may still forget within decades. Hello big devil, you are untouchable now, but you have to prove you can be a devil that can rule through fear and arrogance, and perhaps some greed. Attack those stupid journalists, they deserve it through mindsets until they run to exile and wish the internal or external army come rescue them? Well, that is if they are lucky, you can even kill journalists and politicians who subscribe to unlimited Immunity and no intervention. Hello God, the deal was they should not fear, so if they fear or run away except tactically, God please be fair, they are worshipping the devil or the devil more than you… Even some atheists believe in human intervention with words and sometimes actions, so only hypocritical religious folks want God to intervene after they are directly affected and may be indifferent to others after a few years? How many Gambian+ journalists wished for coup or external intervention when Jammeh killed or suffered less than half or quarter of what Maduro did? How many of those journalists now oppose Maduro’s ousting for good or evil reasons? It is almost irrelevant if Trump paints it on primarily drugs, but is God answering a prayer in subtle ways? Subtle is one of the most mystifying ‘names’ of Allah, because it also means God can even use devils against devils, then re-test who with a smaller or bigger devil? Apparently God wants us fearless, ‘do not fear’ includes Satan, Dajjal, anti-christ, or any evil creature, but it seems like a very hard order to those who worship the glitters of the earth. Some of them cannot even donate to the brave to free others, so ch. 61:11 ‘sacrifice your wealth and lives [to end oppression]’, at the national and international levels is just for Americans and which Christians+ to fulfil in what percentages?

Personal sovereignty may seem trivial, but it could be much bigger than national sovereignty, because there must be ‘ a day when no soul has [evil powers] over the other’, as per 82:19. Regardless of how you interpret life through the lenses of culture, religion, or government; the unnecessary lording over each other or oppression in the name of order should end asap. History shows this is the direction of humankind and folks like me are asking God to speed it up and conquer all devils, as soon as possible, especially the biggest devils. Was it the politicians who infringed on my personal sovereignty on cannabis and they were the guilty journalists with an arrogant majority that drink alcohol, smoke cigarettes, marry questionable wives, etc? Personal sovereignty or rights starts inside your mother’s womb, if not before. Then those rights keep rising with new responsibilities until you are called an adult. Then you are tested varyingly, sometimes up to international level. You have to love worldwide, not just where you were born, your race, or gender. Every grateful person learns and accepts fun worldwide, but working honestly worldwide is hard. When I was in the u.s and Canada, I refused to allow their average born citizens to love the place more than me. It does not mean I was born a saint, or did no wrong, but I avoided big wrongs, always wished well to even countries I am yet to visit, but advice and good confronting is reserved for those who value ch. 103 . Patience in that marvelous chapter demands humility where the knowledge of God can outperform our limited knowledge and deferral is supreme to obsession with punishment or the sweet patience that atheists and the hypocrites may never enjoy. Patience does not mean bearing unjust suffering on sins between creatures, especially if you failed to ‘exhort each other to truth ‘ from personal to international levels. Please do not tell that to power worshippers, because they may fear at the national and international levels. Do not be among those who normalise fear or any evil mindset, especially with adults.

Limited versus unlimited Immunity: Be it Ambassadors, presidents, or even opposition leaders, you must smartly understand no one deserves unlimited Immunity. To avoid conflicts, we may formally or informally dedicate some form of Immunity that must not be abused or unlimited. I have even suggested some regional courts to try opposition leaders where need be, but that does not mean I would have allowed arrogant opposition leaders to do certain wrongs. Power at even opposition level can sometimes be wrongly interpreted and some crazy followers become sad victims. When Donald Trump contributed to the January 6 dilemma, I did not buy all the levelled charges , nor supported the notion of sparing him due to his followers may rebel to potentially cause civil wars. Be it Brazil or anywhere, sitting and opposition leaders deserve limited Immunity, not endless respite. Whereas the u.s courts may have limitations in trying Maduro, I think the real victims of Maduro should quickly gather evidence and consider taking Maduro to the Haque or another international court level. I believe in a God that wants to end sins between creatures more than idol worshipping and other personal sins. Then God often tells me, act and I may act with you, since you are lucky to have repented.

The so-called Immunity Trump gets from the Supreme Court is also limited Immunity that the media is wrongly misinterpreting to the gullible public. That is just referring to mistakes on official acts and to avoid post presidency wrongful prosecutions, not blatant disrespect of the law. Trump and any president can still be impeached, which is a sign of not total immunity. Trump can still be sued to God’s and human’s courts, so not total Immunity. Trump is accepting their faulty misinterpretation to keep them away, but if any democratic president or any president in other countries blatantly disrespects the law, Trump and smart Republicans will charge even criminal charges and a new interpretation of the limited Immunity will become more clear under the same or different supreme court.

Beside wishing God intervened with or without the u.s in South Africa’s Apartheid, poor Gambia in abuse, etc; I will certainly welcome reasonable demands and up to regime change in the UAE to end the suffering in Sudan. But if those suffering in Sudan had the mindset of no intervention no matter what, then God may admonish me and I may beg for only the children or what? Hello Israel, stop the wrongs or regime change will be welcomed by how many pro and anti-Trump folks? I suspect Ms. Clinton, Obama, and Kamala Harris are buying oil stocks, getting richer, while God has me working on world character as a favor or a hard test?

Those cowardly arguing who is next on the u.s radar? The answer is if it is guilty leaders, let us cheer or at least not cry. If the u.s chooses only rich countries to invade, then how do we smartly oppose them in Venezuela, including the reserving of a percentage to fund needed intervention on poor countries. I have noted in my last article that the u.s deserves 25% to 50% of the contracts, not the proceeds or unjust contracts. I also noted a percentage for worldwide culture of cameras to help on many things, including the stopping of abuse by the likes of Maduro to Trump.

Although I have said Trump is sometimes hard to predict, but certainly not on money. Trump is a true money worshipper, including anything he can legalize and control well. So it is no surprise he chose rich Venezuela over poor Cuba or Panama. Greenland and Canada are rich and white+, so God is just exposing world hypocrisy and cowardice through Trump. How many European countries responded with actions when Trump did wrong to Iran in the first term? They are all prostitute minded folks and largely cowards until their back is against the wall. How are they responding in percentages on even words? They are talking about Greenland and not making or accepting suggestions on how to stop the evident greedy proposals against Venezuela? Well, did love or God stop them from thinking, or is China, Russia, etc not suggesting on action oriented solutions to stop the potential robbery? I heard ‘the resources of Greenland are for their people’, but yet to hear ten European leaders say the resources of Venezuelans are for their people. Jarga, I think the guilty journalists refused to ask them directly and so-called independent journalists are also guilty, so they banned Jarga and allowed Mehdi Hassan, Candace Owens, George Galloway, etc. I touch certain things people hardly touch from what to how. God forbid, if the robbery in Venezuela proceeds, then expect the Europeans to sit aside and still call you to help protect Greenland? Trump is so inconsistent even in greed, but perhaps as a tactic. By demanding ‘exclusively’ u.s deals with Venezuela and ‘mostly’ u.s, he leaves room for crazy negotiations. If the Europeans or Russia and China cry foul, then he offers what percentages and their greedy asses rather accept that than jointly fight for justice, not just Venezuelans. You are offered to resist evil, but you think copying evil is ok or can be squarely blamed on u.s? The last time I checked, the Quhr-aahn said , ‘[guilty]man will not be able to blame even Satan’; so I rather enjoy justly, fight justly in sweet patience, even if average Africans and their children of other races are guilty of cowardice or much worse.

Trump may or may not be eyeing for the ‘western hemisphere’ alone, but the world, if God and the ‘Godly’ allow him. Is Greenland in the western hemisphere ? Nigeria or which country may one day have resources that can be linked to ‘national security ‘, then cowardly Americans will give the green light and cowardly Africans will likely subdue or resist? Then how, me, you, and God should respond if the ‘no intervention’ folks are the only ones affected? Wrongdoers are one group, supporting wrongdoers with actions versus inaction can certainly be more than an atom’s weight, especially after vivid evidence and certain age. Please check the leanings of the media houses, if they refuse to publish me or my type, then can we be indifferent if they become victims?

The most dangerous precedent is inaction, late actions , or not enough actions at the national and international level. Those who fight hard at the national level are often labelled as stupid, jealous, and often never rewarded or appreciated by humans. So I learned to seek and wait for God and wish even God does a lot more for the truthful, including making us wealthy and having Trumpets that are as loud as Trump’s and Elon Musk’s to compete at worldwide level. Those who fight hard at the international level like the Americans at times should also be acknowledged, respected, and rewarded where need be. The destruction in Libya, Iraq, etc cannot be squarely blamed on America’s intervention, but people lacking the simple will and courage to confront even devils at home or workplaces, let alone national level. People fear even cameras and want to continue to do wrong to those under them, but wish those above them to be nice or intervene when to suppress citizens? So rather than saying how about the other side of precedents, I think we should use reverse precedents as a new term against the one-eye folks. If they say about 3 countries controlling how many continents, tell them that is 3 devils to face, better than facing over 200 devils with unlimited Immunity and where many citizens are not allowed to have even guns. Their fears can be real, but how will humans react immediately versus per decade if that happened? Each governor and their people will react in which ways, explicitly versus implicitly? How will the movement occur and was it similar fears smaller states feared in the u.s and Africans still fear? I am not saying it cannot be a hard test and I am open to even world war III, but I just want to be on the right side, the brave side that is ready to confront the arrogant side(s) and their supporters. From the home to international level, the guilty parent who dies left a moral debt for the living or unborn child to pay in a relay where Jarga wants a touchdown or the most beautiful goals? Hello God, if I win , will I get a beautiful and great character green, purple, or pink girl that is better than the Epstein girls? Jarga, are you also about girls or hinting Trump managed to shift the debate from the Epstein files to let’s rob big to keep money worshipping Americans happy? Or don’t you know God can give you better than the earthly girls, even here on earth? Why is Jarga, The Africans, and others not talking about Sudan enough, but Maduro and Venezuela? Well, I suspect late and not enough intervention in Sudan, plus wrong intervention by UAE+ are to blame in Sudan.

Any media houses, including independent journalism, that is talking about the capture of Maduro more is late, led by questionable Trump, and without imagination. The Democrats are a useless lot that are less likely to stop Trump. The Democrats or the u.s is like decades late: they talk about the crimes of Epstein in the 90s more than how to pass subsidy bills or urge people to mass buying of body cameras and other measures to help present abused girls, contain Trump, and the other benefits of culture of cameras. The Democrats are talking about permission for under one day ‘war’ or which wars versus the next big steps? Talking about war powers is very different from what can stop the robbery or reverse it if they take powers. They will welcome the money, especially if Venezuela and the world cave. Just like they did with Tariffs and many things that bring money. America may have conquered fear by about 75% pass, but I suspect they failed on greed and arrogance by about 30% to 51% score. This includes their ordinary citizens, because Trump said in 2016: ‘Frankly, I was greedy, and now, I want to be greedy for America’, and they primarily vote him for money multiple times. How about each country and each individual? Well, let God decide that and each try to repent before our personal time expires or God sends the good Angels for intervention.
