“They Wanted Me To Disappear” — JusticeCrack Alleges Abduction, Torture By Security Operatives

Popular social media personality, JusticeCrack, has broken silence over his recent arrest and detention, alleging that he was abducted by operatives linked to the Defence Intelligence Agency (DIA) who allegedly disguised themselves as officials of the Department of State Services (DSS).

In a statement shared on his Facebook page, JusticeCrack claimed that public outrage and pressure from Nigerians may have saved his life, alleging that there were plans to secretly make him “disappear.”

The controversial online figure further alleged that he suffered harsh and degrading treatment during the period of his detention.

“JusticeCrack has never been cracked and will never be cracked,” he declared in the emotionally charged statement.

“I Was Blindfolded For Three Days”

According to information obtained by , JusticeCrack alleged that he was blindfolded and handcuffed throughout the first three days of his detention.

He claimed that during the daytime, he was allegedly exposed to intense sunlight for prolonged hours, while at night he was allegedly locked inside an extremely cold room.

The allegations, if proven, could further deepen ongoing public concerns regarding the treatment of detainees by security agencies in Nigeria.

It was alleged that the online commentator only later discovered that those who initially arrested him were allegedly linked to the DIA after he was eventually transferred to DSS custody.

His statement partly read that the officers who arrested him initially presented themselves as DSS personnel before he later discovered otherwise.

The claims have since generated reactions across social media platforms, with many Nigerians demanding transparency regarding the circumstances surrounding his arrest and detention.

Growing Public Concerns Over Arrest Methods

This latest controversy has once again drawn attention to broader conversations surrounding arrests, detention procedures, and the conduct of security operatives in Nigeria.

Over the years, civil rights advocates have repeatedly called for greater accountability and professionalism among law enforcement and intelligence agencies.

Many Nigerians continue to ask difficult questions whenever high-profile arrests occur under unclear circumstances. Who authorised the operation? Were proper procedures followed? Was the suspect granted immediate legal access?

In a democratic society, such questions naturally arise.

Observers say trust between citizens and security institutions becomes difficult when secrecy overshadows transparency.

Still, security agencies often maintain that certain operations involve sensitive intelligence matters that cannot immediately be disclosed to the public.

Because the matter is reportedly already before the court, JusticeCrack himself acknowledged that he could not reveal full details at this stage.

Nigerians React Online

Since the statement surfaced online, reactions have remained sharply divided.

While some Nigerians expressed sympathy and concern over the allegations, others argued that the courts should be allowed to determine the facts surrounding the matter.

Several social media users also commended Nigerians who allegedly spoke up publicly during the period of his detention.

JusticeCrack maintained that public pressure forced authorities to eventually acknowledge his whereabouts.

“If Nigerians had not intervened, I might have been gone forever,” he alleged.

The statement has continued to circulate widely online, further intensifying debate around freedom of expression, digital activism, and the relationship between outspoken online personalities and security institutions.

At a time when social media increasingly shapes public discourse in Nigeria, incidents involving influencers and commentators often attract national attention within hours.

But beyond the online noise lies a deeper issue.

How can democratic societies balance national security concerns with citizens’ rights and freedoms? And perhaps more importantly, how can public trust be strengthened in moments of controversy?

These are questions many Nigerians continue to ponder.

Meanwhile, students preparing for admission into Nigerian universities continue to seek quality academic guidance amid increasing competition. Case Still Before The Court

As legal proceedings continue, many Nigerians are expected to closely follow developments surrounding the case.

Neither the DIA nor DSS had publicly responded to the allegations contained in JusticeCrack’s statement as of the time of filing this report.

For now, the matter remains one of allegation and counter-allegation pending judicial determination.

Yet one reality remains clear: in today’s Nigeria, cases involving security agencies and outspoken digital personalities rarely fade quietly.

And as public attention grows, many citizens will be watching carefully to see where the truth eventually leads.
