Students preparing for the 2026 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) at Akahi Tutors, Ile-Ife, have elected a new set of officers to lead their Fellowship activities.

The newly elected leaders will pilot the affairs of the Fellowship, which holds every Thursday at 12 noon, focusing on spiritual growth, unity, and academic excellence among members.

Free and Fair Election Process

The election, conducted under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer of Akahi Tutors, Mr Joseph Iyaji, was described by participants as transparent and orderly.

Students participated actively in the voting process, demonstrating a strong commitment to responsible leadership and collective decision-making within the Fellowship.

Observers noted that the exercise reflected the values of fairness, accountability, and inclusiveness promoted by the institution.

The officers are expected to provide direction, organise weekly Fellowship meetings, and strengthen collaboration among members as they prepare for the forthcoming UTME.
