Catholic Diocese of Osogbo Marks 25th Priestly Anniversary with a Special Media Chat
OSOGBO, Nigeria – The Social Communications Commission of the Catholic Diocese of Osogbo is gearing up for a heartfelt celebration! They’re hosting a special media chat to honour Very Rev. Fr. Dr. Peter Oluseyi Adeyemi’s incredible 25 years of priestly service. This joyful event is taking place at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Pro-Cathedral in Lagere, Ile-Ife, and it’s scheduled for Saturday, 19 July 2025, at 2:00 PM on the church grounds.
Fr. Dr. Adeyemi, a beloved figure in the diocese, will be the star of the day. The lineup includes a warm welcome from host Shina Borode, the Parish Coordinator, with Ike M. Adedokun and Daniel Sam Ugwo stepping in as moderators to keep the conversation flowing. Representatives from Akahi News, Catholic Weekly Independent News, and Katolink News will be there to capture every moment. Plus, Engr. E.O. Oni, the Deanery Communication Officer, is among the special guests invited to join in.
