Ife Deanery Social Communicators to Host Special Media Chat Honouring Fr. Dr. Peter Adeyemi’s 25th Priestly Anniversary.
OSOGBO, Nigeria – As part of the silver jubilee celebration of a distinguished priest, the Ife Deanery Social Communicators, under the Catholic Diocese of Osogbo, are set to host a Special Media Chat in honour of Very Rev. Fr. Dr. Peter Oluseyi Adeyemi, commemorating 25 years of priestly service.
The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 19 July 2025, at 2:00 PM, at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Pro-Cathedral, Lagere, Ile-Ife, and promises to be a moment of reflection, inspiration, and shared gratitude for a ministry that has touched countless lives.
Fr. Dr. Adeyemi, known for his spiritual depth, pastoral wisdom, and academic excellence, will be the focal point of the chat, where he will share highlights from his journey in the priesthood. The event seeks not just to honour him, but also to foster open and meaningful dialogue with the Catholic faithful.
The Media Chat will be anchored by Mr. Shina Borode, Parish Coordinator, while Ike M. Adedokun and Daniel Sam Ugwo will moderate the session. Journalists and correspondents from Akahi News, Catholic Weekly Independent News, and Katolink News are expected to provide full coverage of the event.
Engr. E.O. Oni, Deanery Communication Officer, will be among the special guests lending support to the occasion.
