Cross River State Civil Service Commission Announces Venue Change for Law Officers’ Recruitment Examination
Calabar, 2 August 2025 – The Cross River State Civil Service Commission has issued an official notice regarding a significant update to the venue for the upcoming written examination for the recruitment of law officers into the state civil service. Originally scheduled, the examination, set for Saturday, 2nd August 2025, will now take place at the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS), Calabar, as announced in a statement dated 30th July 2025.
This change, endorsed by Sir Maurice Effiwatt, kssj, jp, Chairman of the Commission, aims to enhance convenience for all participants. The Commission has expressed regret for any inconvenience this adjustment may cause, emphasising that the decision was made with the candidates’ best interests in mind.
