As the countdown begins, the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Divine Connection Parish, Ketu, is reminding the public of its forthcoming AkwaCross Christian Day, scheduled for Sunday, 21st September 2025, at the church auditorium, 12, Adisa Akintoye Street, Ketu, Lagos State.
Akahi News recalls that the event, hosted by Pastor A. A. Agbaje, will kick off at 8:00 a.m. and promises a spirit-filled atmosphere featuring the AkwaCross Praise session — a unique celebration of faith and culture in the vibrant styles of Akwa Ibom and Cross River communities.
Attendees will also enjoy traditional food, music, and colourful attire, reflecting the rich heritage of both regions while strengthening spiritual and communal bonds.
Organisers are calling on church members, residents, and well-wishers across Lagos to mark their calendars and be part of this uplifting Christian gathering that blends praise, worship, and cultural appreciation in one grand celebration.
