Good morning my dear people of God.
Come ring out our joy to the Lord, hail the God who saves us. Let us come before him singing for joy, with songs let us hail the Lord. A mighty God is the Lord, a great king above all gods.
Let us pray:
God of power and might, heaven and earth are full of your glory, with faith and humility, we offer our morning prayer with gratitude before we begin our day. Thank you for granting us a peaceful night rest and the privilege to wake up in good health today.
Loving Jesus, you are the Vine and we are the branches, keep us firmly connected to you the giver of life, so that we can receive nourishment in spiritual and temporal needs. You are the Good Shepherd, lead us to green pastures and to restful waters as we go to work this day.
Almighty God, bless us as we go to work this day, do not allow us to labour in vain. Be our refuge and protector, grant us your peace and joy.
Whatever we lay our hands upon grant us resounding success to the glory of your name.
